These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of stacknpc.com (“Stack NPC”, “the Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Stack NPC
Stack NPC Editorial publishes editorial content about software, AI tools, and SaaS. The Site is operated under Brazilian jurisdiction by an individual operator publishing under the Stack NPC brand.

Content ownership
All editorial content (articles, images, illustrations, original data, formatting, layout) is © Stack NPC Editorial unless otherwise noted. Brand names, trademarks, and product names mentioned in articles remain the property of their respective owners.
Permitted excerpts
Quoting up to 300 words with attribution and a link to the source article is permitted under Australian fair dealing for criticism, review, parody, satire, or news reporting. Use of full articles requires explicit written permission.
AI training and machine consumption
Content on Stack NPC is not licensed for the training or fine-tuning of artificial intelligence models, language models, or other machine learning systems without an express licence from Stack NPC. The presence of an llms.txt file describing site structure does not grant such a licence.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Stack NPC infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content

- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised

Stack NPC content is not:
- Legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice
- A substitute for due diligence in commercial decisions
- A guarantee of any product or service performance
9. Limitation of liability
SUBJECT TO THE ACL CLAUSE ABOVE AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STACK NPC, ITS OPERATOR, CONTRIBUTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site is limited to AUD 150 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stack NPC, its operator, contributors, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by:

- Posting a notice on the homepage for at least 14 days
Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, except where mandatory Australian consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
